Job Description:
Camares Inc. seeks Zoho Application Quality Specialist.
Duties include: Help improve and test quality of user-friendly software applications for middle market Zoho users. Develop and execute tests and processes to identify software problems. Develop procedures to determine product quality assurance or release status for Zoho users and/or partners. Test and modify system elements to prepare for implementation. Document application defects, work with software engineers and developers to improve them. Participate in design planning and reviews to provide input on software and user requirements, operation, design and usage. Document procedures to comply with standards. Help ensure secure products for Zoho marketplace. Employee may work remotely from anywhere in US.
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology (Internet Technology, Information Technology or closely related field). Requires 24 months experience and 1 or more Zoho certifications (such as CRM, Books, Analytics or equivalent). Employee may work remotely. Must travel quarterly to NJ office, and travel 2-3 times per year for several days to unanticipated worksites at client locations around U.S.
