Job Description:
1. Coordinate youth-specific worship services by selecting themes, worship songs, and scriptures
2. Guide youth ministry spiritually and conduct Bible studies meetings for youth members
3. Counsel youth dealing with personal and religious issues and refer them to professional helpwhen necessary
4. Appoint and train youth leaders of the church
5. Organize various church events such as retreats, mission trips, service projects, and community activities to promote the ministry’s spiritual goals
