Young Adult Caregiving Companion Job

A family in Wausau, WI, is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist in providing in-home support for their young adult child with special needs. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, kind, dependable, and genuinely enjoys building meaningful connections.

Pay:
• $17.66/hourly

Schedule:
• Monday through Wednesday
• Part-time with negotiable hours

Tasks:
• Transfers
• Meal prep/Feeding
• Personal Cares
• Mobility
• ADL’s (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc)
• Assist with medications, when needed
• Provide safety and companionship while encouraging activity

Qualifications:
• Reliable Transportation
• Prior experience working with individuals with physical disabilities is desired; however not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
• Must pass background check.
