Position Info:
• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.00-20.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Control portion sizes and assist in managing food costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Monitor inventory levels and request necessary food ingredients and kitchen supplies as required
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including food items, supplies, and kitchen equipment
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations

Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
