Workforce Analytics Specialist (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)
The Workforce Analytics Specialist will leverage data for analyzing HR metrics, identifying trends, and developing data-driven solutions for HR and the organization.
What you'll do
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Reporting: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Project Management: Support HR projects related to people analytics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast workforce trends
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain high standards of data quality and security
What you'll need
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and on the job or formal training
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data, recognize trends, tie back to business priorities
- High proficiency in business insight and data analytics
