Required Skills & Qualifications:

10-12 years of overall experience in enterprise application architecture and implementation.
4-6 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM core functional areas.
Expert-level proficiency in Workday HCM, with a deep understanding of core HR processes and functionality.
Strong knowledge of data concepts, including data governance, data integrity, and data lifecycle management.
Proven expertise in data modeling, including designing logical and physical data models to support business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to architect complex, scalable solutions within the Workday platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification in HCM or a related architecture discipline.
Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations or system transformations.
Familiarity with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) and reporting/analytics tools (PRISM, Discovery Boards).
Experience with data migration strategies and tools in a Workday environment.
Background in designing solutions across multiple Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Talent, Recruiting).
