Key Responsibilities:
Support Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, LOA and Learning processes.
Provide support to employees, managers and HR partners.
Handle enterprise-level corrections, rescissions and transaction modifications.
Perform HR data audits, validation and data maintenance.
Troubleshoot complex HR/payroll issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Partner with Payroll, Tax, Benefits and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate case documentation and meet SLAs.
