Workday HCM Consultant (Contract Role) Job

Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting)

Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Perform data conversion, EIB integrations, system testing, and troubleshooting

Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday

Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support

Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration

Strong understanding of Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation)

Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and BIRT is a plus

Background in ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft

Solid problem-solving and system optimization skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
