Wireless Store Manager Job

Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary: $43.27 Hourly, for 32.50 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible. Location: Toronto, Ontario (1 vacancy).

Specific Skills:
Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate business operations at different locations to achieve company goals. Support leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for business initiatives. Develop business plans, promotional strategies, and marketing initiatives. Provide technical expertise in electronics, wireless products, and customer service operations. Optimize resource allocation, staffing, and all store operations. Oversee inventory, product launches, technical development, and customer experience. Review customer feedback, resolve complaints, and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Allocate resources, assign work, and manage financial risks. Identify new locations, assess opportunities, and support business expansion. Conduct market analysis, coordinate lease negotiations, and support financial planning.

Job requirements/skill sets:
A successful candidate must have completed secondary school, have knowledge and related experience of a minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in the wireless phone industry, be self-motivated, and work well in a team environment. Language – English
