New View Window Cleaning is looking for skilled and qualified Window Washing Supervisors. The Company requires skilled and dedicated professionals to manage daily operations, ensures strict safety compliance (especially for high-rise or ladder work), trains staff, and inspect work for quality standards. Candidates are responsible for scheduling, hiring, managing equipment, client relations, and occasionally performing on-site technical cleaning duties. All applicants must have experience and background in cleaning and repair of windows and eavestroughs. Working at heights is a requirement for the role.

Salary- $35.00 to $37.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 37.5 hours per week
Terms of employment- Permanent employment- Full time- Early morning, Flexible hours, Morning, Day, Weekend
Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities/ Tasks
Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
Assist cleaners in performing duties
Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
Establish work schedules
Supervision- 5-10 people
