We are seeking an experienced Windchill Data Migration Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end data migration initiatives for PLM implementations. The ideal candidate will oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), define migration strategies, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful migration projects.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in Windchill PLM and data migration.
Strong expertise in ETL, data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Experience leading Windchill PLM data migration projects.
Ability to define migration strategies, perform data validation, and ensure data quality.
Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse or integrated enterprise databases is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
