Job Description:
The Wholesale Trade Representatives Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of wholesale sales representatives to ensure effective sales operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This role involves supervising staff, setting sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and market regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of wholesale trade representatives

Set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare sales reports and forecasts

Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives on products, pricing, and sales strategies

Assign sales territories, leads, and accounts to maximize market coverage

Maintain relationships with major wholesale customers, distributors, and retail partners

Resolve customer complaints and escalated sales issues professionally

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Review contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and trade regulations

Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions of sales staff

Supervision

Directly supervises wholesale trade representatives and sales support staff

Reports to the Wholesale Trade Manager, Operations Manager, or Director of Sale
Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and team-management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills

Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports

Knowledge of wholesale distribution, FMCG, or B2B sales environments

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

2–5 years of experience in wholesale or B2B sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
