Job Title: Wholesale Trade Manager (NOC 60020)

Location: Paradise, NL
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $30.58/hr, 30 hours/week

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage staff and assign duties, establish sustainable and profitable sales programs; acquire and develop new sales accounts.
-Develop and implement sales strategies, manage and oversee daily operations to achieve our business goals.
-Create and implement wholesale customer management tools to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, etc.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to foster long-term cooperation.
-Analyze historical data to guide the implementation of new wholesale strategies across various market , driving rapid growth.
-Negotiate and implement price and credit policies, plan budgets and monitor revenues.
-Develop meaningful KPIs to track staff’s performance and the success of sales efforts.
-Coordinate account and market reviews, identify best practices and key learning.

Education:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-A college diploma in business administration or relatedfield would be an asset.

Experience:
-A minimum of three years of sales experience is required.
