Wholesale Trade Manager Job

Pahoa Produce Company Ltd is involved in the wholesale business at 11960 Hammersmith Way Unit 180, Richmond BC. We are looking to hire Wholesale Trade Manager for full-time and permanent positions. Duties

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall sales strategies and operations of the wholesale division
• Analyze current market trends and customer requirements to forecast demand and identify new sales opportunities; monitor competitor activities
• Develop and implement effective pricing structures and credit policies in line with company goals,
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients
• Source new products and negotiate procurement terms with suppliers and vendors, both locally and internationally
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance; assign duties and schedules accordingly
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.

Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years is required
Language: English is required

Terms:
Wage: $ 45.50 per hour
Work: Minimum 30 to 40 hours per week, along with 2 days off per week
