Tasks:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Perform research on market and trends to determine market demand, potential sales volumes and competitors on market
Make marketing/sales plans, develop and implement marketing strategies, determine and implement price and other marketing policies
Manage staff, assign duties and monitor/review staff performance
Determine staffing requirements, recruit and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
