Terms of employment
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $47.00 per hour
Overtime: 1.5× the hourly wage ($70.50/hr) for hours worked beyond 8 per day or 44 per week
Wage progression: Reviewed annually; increases based on performance
Bonus: None
Benefits: None

Duties
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the business, covering custom cabinet and countertop sales, manufacturing scheduling and installation.
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure materials, hardware and components for resale and installation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues.
- Evaluate and improve customer service, and respond to customer requests and issues.
- Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff.
