Infrastructure Management:
Maintain and optimize servers, networks, and hardware to ensure system reliability and performance.
System Administration:
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
IT Security:
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus systems, and data protection policies.
Technical Support:
Supervise helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues for internal users.
Vendor & Asset Management:
Manage vendor relationships, procurement of IT equipment, and licensing of software assets.
Project Management:
Plan and execute IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Develop and maintain business continuity plans, data backup schedules, and recovery procedures.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure IT practices comply with company policies and relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Team Leadership:
Mentor and supervise IT staff, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in IT system management or administration.
Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches).
Experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Project management experience (PMP or ITIL certification is a plus).
