Duties:
• Perform computerized wheel alignments on passenger vehicles, light trucks, and commercial vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Inspect suspension, steering, and chassis components to identify wear, damage, or misalignment issues
• Diagnose vehicle handling problems such as pulling, uneven tire wear, or steering vibration
• Adjust camber, caster, and toe angles using alignment equipment and hand tools
• Test drive vehicles before and after alignment to ensure proper handling and customer satisfaction
• Recommend necessary repairs or parts replacement related to suspension or steering systems
• Install and adjust related components such as tie rods, control arms, ball joints, and bushings when required
• Maintain accurate service records and alignment reports
• Operate hoists, alignment racks, and diagnostic equipment safely
• Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, supervisors, and customers regarding vehicle conditions and repairs
