Position Info:
• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.50/hour
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 5402 Highway Street, Valleyview, AB T0H 3N0

Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate food service staff in daily food preparation, portioning, and service activities
• Establish work methods and schedules to ensure efficient daily operations
• Train staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation procedures, and workplace standards
• Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and customer service standards
• Estimate and order food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other required inventory
• Maintain records of stock, sales, wastage, repairs, and operational issues
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare basic operational reports and communicate staffing or supply needs to management

Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
