Wellness Clinic Manager Job

Seeking a skilled Manager to oversee operations at our state-of-the-art wellness clinic, specializing in advanced therapies such as compression and red light therapy, cryotherapy, peptides, hormone optimization, and IV hydration. As the Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the clinic operates smoothly, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving business growth.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including nurses and front desk to create high levels customer service
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
Create and execute marketing and internal and external business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and building partnerships within the community
Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene as well as HIPAA compliance
Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand
Full Cycle Lead Management & Generation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for wellness
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Zenoti & MindBody Proficiency Preferred

Full Time Salary- -Based on Experience-Range from $55k-$60k per year
Monthly Commission Based on Total Sales Revenue
