We focus on craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and durable, stylish products tailored to each client’s unique preferences.
Job duties:
• Operate arc welding machines and gas welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components for patio covers, railings, and related structures.
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment to join metal parts and fill seams, indentations, or holes in metal articles according to production specifications.
• Adjust welding heads, tooling, and machine settings based on work orders and material specifications.
• Assist in performing routine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting and repairing welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
• Inspect finished welds for defects, measure completed workpieces, and make minor adjustments as needed.
Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a welding machine operator, machine operator helper, or welder helper in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with MIG welding equipment is an asset.
• On-the-job training will be provided for site-specific equipment and processes.
Working Conditions:
• Indoor and outdoor fabrication environment.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and metal debris.
• All personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools required for the job will be provided
