• Interpret and follow blueprints or welding instructions to determine project requirements.
• Use manual or semi-automatic welding tools to join metal parts using methods like GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, PAW, SMAW, OAW, resistance welding, or SAW.
• Operate flame-cutting equipment to manually or semi-automatically cut metal components.
• Use brazing and soldering tools to join or repair metal pieces.
• Work with metal-forming machines such as brakes, shears, and other tools used for straightening or bending metal.
• Restore damaged or worn metal components by applying additional weld layers.
