Job Description:
-Perform structural welding of steel trailer frames, chassis, and components according to blueprints and shop drawings.
-Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications to assemble trailer structures accurately.
-Operate and ensure the proper functioning of welding equipment used in the fabrication process.
-Fit and secure trailer parts using hand and power tools prior to welding.
-Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and structural standards.
-Repair or reinforce trailer components as required during production.
-Follow workplace safety procedures and report equipment or maintenance issues as needed.
-Work independently or as part of the fabrication team to meet production deadline

Job Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school (preferred).
-Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
-Welding certification is considered an asset.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
-Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
-Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required.
-Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional weekends when necessary.
