Job Description:
Will’s Welding Ltd. is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Welder Helper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in the welding industry. While previous experience is welcomed, it is not a requirement, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist welders in preparing materials and work areas for welding operations.
Move and arrange materials, tools, and equipment for use in welding tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools to clean and prepare surfaces for welding.
- Hold and position components in place while welding is being performed.
- Help set up and take down welding equipment, ensuring proper safety measures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in the inspection of finished welds and perform minor finishing work as directed.
- Other general labor tasks as needed to support welding operations.

- No previous experience required, but any prior work in a welding or construction environment is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced welders and supervisors.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
