Job Description:
Join our growing team at IV Steel LLC! We are looking for quality welders, fabricators, estimators, and interns to work on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Our projects span across AZ, CA, WY, NV, UT, CO, TX, WA, and OR, with travel required about 45f the time.
Positions Available:
✅ Welders & Fabricators (priority)
✅ Estimators (commission-based opportunities)
✅ Interns (secretary/office positions)
Responsibilities:
• Install and fabricate structural steel for various projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Measure, cut, and weld steel components.
• Safely operate heavy machinery and equipment.
• Follow strict safety protocols on all job sites.
• Work efficiently both independently and within a team.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Steel Ironworker or in a related field.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and installation.
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate cranes, hoists, and heavy equipment.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
Welding Test Information:
When coming in for your welding test:
• Bring your own hood, gloves, and eye protection.
• Be prepared to set up the machine and weld stick or MIG, depending on project needs.
