Job Requirements:
1. Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
2. Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
3. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
4. Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines.
5. Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal
6. Determine weldability of materials
7. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
8. Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
9. Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal
10. Start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production line.
