We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team supporting patients throughout Western Pennsylvania. This full-time, weekend-focused role offers strong income guarantees, bonuses, and flexible earning potential while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

This is a Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) position with a 6-month income guarantee to support your transition.

Per-Visit Rate: $42–$46 per visit
6-Month Orientation Pay Guarantee:

$3,000 stipend per pay period for the first 6 months

Estimated Annual Earnings: $77,000 – $100,000+
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Paid quarterly over 12 months

Outcome-Based Bonus:

$1,000 per quarter based on performance

Position Overview
The Weekend RN is responsible for managing and executing individualized home health care plans, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. This role includes local travel and on-call responsibilities during weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive patient care plans
Provide in-home nursing care to patients throughout Western PA and surrounding areas
Travel locally to patient homes (approximately 20% of the workday)
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Independently manage daily schedule and caseload
Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a home health setting

Schedule & Shift Details

On-Call: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekend Productivity Requirements:

8 units on Saturday
8 units on Sunday

Holiday Requirement: Participation in 2 holidays per year

Travel Requirements

Local travel to patient homes within the assigned service territory
