Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in research, talent sourcing, content moderation, or adult industry roles is a strong advantage

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data

What You’ll Do:

Research, identify, and source webcam models based on predefined criteria such as appearance, niche, performance style, and market demand

Analyze adult webcam platforms, social media, and industry communities to discover new and trending performers

Build and maintain detailed performer profiles for inclusion in a large internal database

Establish initial contact with potential models and VIP performers via email, social platforms, or professional networks

Support negotiations, onboarding, and coordination related to contracts, agreements, and long-term collaborations

Work closely with talent managers and acquisition teams to meet growth and quality targets

Track industry trends, emerging fetishes, and audience demand to optimize talent sourcing strategies

Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards and legal requirements
