Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web3 Full Stack Engineer to build next-generation gaming applications powered by blockchain technology, digital ownership systems, and decentralized infrastructure. This role focuses on developing player-facing web applications, NFT marketplaces, wallet integrations, and smart contract-driven game features that enable true digital ownership and interoperable gaming economies.

As a Web3 Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with game developers, product teams, and blockchain engineers to design and implement end-to-end Web3 experiences. You will be responsible for building responsive frontends, integrating smart contracts, managing wallet connectivity, and ensuring secure and scalable interactions with blockchain networks.

This role requires strong full-stack engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in Web3 ecosystems, smart contracts, and decentralized application (dApp) development.

Key Responsibilities
Web3 Application Development
-Design, develop, and maintain Web3-enabled gaming applications and decentralized platforms.
-Build player-facing web applications that integrate blockchain functionality into gameplay and digital economies.
-Develop scalable frontend systems for NFT marketplaces, in-game asset trading, and digital ownership features.
-Ensure seamless user experiences across Web2 and Web3 interactions.
-Optimize performance, usability, and responsiveness of Web3 applications.

Smart Contract Integration
-Integrate smart contracts written in Solidity into frontend and backend systems.
-Interact with blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar ecosystems) using Web3 SDKs.
-Implement secure transaction flows, contract calls, and event handling mechanisms.
-Collaborate with blockchain engineers to define contract interfaces and application logic.
-Ensure correctness and security in all blockchain interactions.

Wallets & Player Identity Systems
-Develop and integrate cryptocurrency wallet connections (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).
-Build secure authentication flows using blockchain-based identity systems.
-Implement wallet-based player profiles, asset ownership tracking, and transaction history views.
-Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for users new to Web3 technologies.
-Handle account abstraction, signing flows, and multi-wallet support where applicable.

NFT & Marketplace Systems
-Build NFT marketplace features including minting, listing, buying, selling, and trading digital assets.
-Develop in-game economies powered by tokenized assets and blockchain-based ownership models.
-Implement metadata management systems for NFTs, including off-chain storage and indexing.
-Integrate pricing, bidding, and transaction systems for digital asset exchanges.
-Ensure secure and transparent asset management across blockchain networks.

Full-Stack Web Development
-Develop modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
-Build backend services and APIs supporting Web3 features and game integrations.
-Design scalable system architectures supporting real-time Web3 interactions.
-Implement authentication, authorization, analytics, and user management systems.
-Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability across full-stack applications.

Blockchain Infrastructure & Integration
-Integrate with blockchain APIs, node providers, and indexing services (e.g., Infura, Alchemy, The Graph).
-Manage interactions with smart contract events, logs, and blockchain state data.
-Design systems for handling on-chain and off-chain data synchronization.
-Optimize gas usage, transaction efficiency, and blockchain performance considerations.
-Stay up to date with evolving Web3 protocols and standards.

Game & Product Integration
-Collaborate with game developers to integrate Web3 features into gameplay systems.
-Support in-game economies powered by blockchain-based assets.
-Build tools for managing player-owned assets, rewards, and digital collectibles.
-Ensure smooth integration between game engines, backend systems, and Web3 infrastructure.
-Translate gameplay mechanics into blockchain-enabled features.

Security & Reliability
-Ensure secure handling of private keys, wallet signatures, and blockchain transactions.
-Implement best practices for smart contract interaction safety and frontend security.
-Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, exploits, and malicious transactions.
-Conduct testing and validation of Web3 workflows in production environments.
-Monitor system behavior and resolve issues related to blockchain integration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with smart contract engineers, backend developers, game designers, and product managers.
-Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews for Web3 systems.
-Contribute to defining product roadmaps for blockchain-enabled gaming features.
-Support experimentation with new Web3 technologies and decentralized architectures.
-Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
-Strong experience in full-stack web development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
-Hands-on experience building Web3 applications and integrating blockchain technologies.
-Solid understanding of Solidity smart contracts and Ethereum-compatible ecosystems.
-Experience working with Web3 libraries and SDKs such as ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, or viem.
-Familiarity with wallet integrations such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, or similar providers.
-Experience interacting with smart contracts and handling blockchain transactions.
-Understanding of decentralized application (dApp) architecture and blockchain fundamentals.
-Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and secure web development practices.
-Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration systems.
-Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with NFT marketplaces, token economies, or blockchain-based gaming systems.
-Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc.).
-Experience with blockchain indexing tools such as The Graph or similar technologies.
-Knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Python, or Go.
-Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
-Understanding of cryptography fundamentals and blockchain security principles.
-Experience working in gaming, fintech, or digital asset platforms.
-Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions such as IPFS or Arweave.
-Exposure to smart contract auditing or security best practices.
