Web/Software Engineer Job

We are seeking a Web/Software Engineer to design and develop modern mobile web applications and platform features for Radaris. The role includes creating proof-of-concept solutions, developing prototypes, and managing user experiences for new products. Responsibilities also include front-end development, research, testing, leading development practices, and ensuring stable and reusable code.

You will collaborate with architects and senior management to define product features, address technical limitations, and support business growth. The role also includes troubleshooting, validating code for security issues, and ensuring compatibility across various devices, browsers, and operating systems.

- Master's degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 4 years of experience in front-end or full-stack software development
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA and modern development workflows
- Ability to lead development processes and mentor junior developers
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and prototyping
- Experience with troubleshooting and cross-platform compatibility
- Strong communication skills and experience working with product managers and designers
