We are currently seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic marketing team.


About this Position:
As a Web Developer at MEhome Realty, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and digital tools. Your work will directly impact our ability to connect with clients and deliver exceptional services.

Work Location: 9120 LESLIE ST #101 RICHMOND HILL, Ontario L4B3J9
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary expectation: $67,500 - $77, 000 per year based on experience.
Working Hours: permanent, full-time position, maybe required working on weekend and holidays
Benefit: Paid vacation days and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, enhance, and optimize code for website interface and features, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
• Perform thorough testing and data analysis to assess the quality, security, and usability of web interfaces, while identifying opportunities for improvements and bug fixes.
• Implement property search features, interactive maps, and listing integrations. Continuously update and maintain website content and functionality, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Regularly monitor the website's performance, promptly addressing any issues that may arise to ensure uninterrupted access and optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to integrate real-time property listings
• Work closely with designers, developers, and clients to help shape and implement website architecture and user interface designs.
• Research and evaluate new interactive media tools and software solutions, making recommendations for their integration to improve site functionality and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in real estate and web development.
• Works well as part of a collaborative team, offering input to meetings and sharing ideas.

Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in web development, computer science, software engineer, or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year experiences as a web developer. Experience in real estate or similar industries.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP and knowledge in managing databases.
• Knowledge or experience in UX/UI design is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and multi-task efficiently.
• Excellent communication, attention to details and teamwork spirit.
• Fluent in English.
