About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working on both the technical and design sides of website development. You will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and improvement of our websites and web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining websites and web applications using PHP Laravel and related technologies.
Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks to implement responsive and modern interfaces.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn layouts and wireframes into functional, user-friendly pages.
Support integration of websites with databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure quality, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Help implement SEO and accessibility best practices across websites.
Maintain documentation and contribute to regular website updates and revisions.
Participate in team discussions on website architecture, user needs, and improvements.

1–2 years of hands-on experience (or strong internship/project experience) in web development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (Laravel preferred).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Basic knowledge of database management and REST APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization.
Familiarity with CMS platforms or recruitment/job board technologies.
Exposure to integrating third-party tools or payment gateways.
