Job Description:
Write supporting code for website features, including artwork uploads, order processing, proof reviews, and customer account functions.
Design and maintain the company’s e-commerce website using appropriate Web languages and digital tools.
Evaluate and refine code to ensure proper structure, browser compatibility, and smooth display of product and artwork pages.
Build and manage databases storing customer profiles, artwork files, and order and production data.
Test website functions after updates to products, pricing, or features and implement necessary revisions.
Back up Web files, artwork directories, and databases to ensure secure and recoverable customer and order information.
Analyze user and internal team needs to determine technical requirements for improving the online ordering workflow.
Work with hosting and network support to resolve server, software, or performance issues affecting the website, etc.
