Responsibilities

Tasks
Design and integrate website related code
Develop website architecture
Write, modify and test website related code
Write, modify, integrate and test software code
Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website
Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software
Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity and interactivity
Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
Manage incidents
Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and frontend interfaces across web platforms
Work with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP)
Implement and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Integrate web applications with AI models, tools, or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, machine learning services, computer vision modules)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and software engineers to improve website functionality and performance
Design and maintain scalable and secure web-based architecture for both internal tools and client-facing applications
Monitor and optimize page performance, server-side processes, and database queries
Stay current with emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and modern frameworks to apply best practices in web development
