We are currently seeking 1 talented web designer to join our team.
Duties
1.Website Design and Development:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with SmartPEP’s branding and mission.
Develop and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
2.Content Management:
Update and manage website content, including product information, blog posts, and company news.
Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
3.User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
Conduct user research and testing to understand target audience needs and improve website navigation and functionality.
Design intuitive UI elements and layouts that enhance the overall user experience.
4.Graphic Design:
Create graphics, icons, and images for the website and other digital platforms to support branding and marketing initiatives.
Ensure all visual content is consistent with the company’s branding guidelines.
5.Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Stay updated on the latest web technologies and trends to implement improvements and maintain a competitive edge.
6.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools to assess user engagement and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on website metrics and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
7.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and IT, to ensure the website effectively supports business goals and initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for web projects and campaigns.
8.Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about emerging web design trends and technologies, incorporating them into the website as appropriate.
Seek feedback from users and stakeholders to continually enhance the website’s design and functionality.

Job Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: Experience an Asset；
Candidates with experience in web design for biopharmaceutical or health products are preferred.
Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, and TikTok is also preferred.

Start Date: as soon as possible;
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent;
Education Required: At least Bachelor'degree or equivalent experience;

Vacation Time: 2 weeks/year;
