Location: 106-1835 Dilworth Drive Kelowna BC V1Y 9T1
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $36.60 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week.
Terms: Full-Time
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Establish website design guidelines, standards, and best practices
Design the visual presentation, layout, and user experience of web pages (home, product pages, quote/order pages, landing pages, FAQs).
Maintain the appearance of the website by applying content standards and updating layouts/templates as products and promotions change.
Create website visual imagery and digital assets (banners, icons, graphics, promotional creatives) and ensure brand consistency.
Design and integrate website related code
Build and refine responsive page designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop to ensure information is easy to access and navigate.
Create and optimize web content using graphics, animation/multimedia, and related web/design software; prepare assets for fast loading and clear display.
Test and improve website designs for usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility; troubleshoot design and layout issues.
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to translate campaigns and print offerings into effective web pages and conversion-focused layouts.
Monitor site presentation quality and continuously improve page structure, navigation, and on-page hierarchy to support customer ordering and inquiries.
Document design changes, templates, and workflows to support consistent updates and smoother ongoing maintenance.
