Web Designer – Graphic Design
We are seeking a Web Designer – Graphic Design with a strong understanding of the e-commerce market and customer experience (CX) design.
The successful candidate will work in a collaborative e-commerce and digital marketing environment. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to create customer-focused graphic designs and optimize digital content for search engines and online shopping platforms.
YOUR ROLES WILL INCLUDE:
• Design digital marketing materials, web graphics, product pages, banners, and promotional content for multilingual e-commerce platforms.
• Develop customer-focused (CX/UI) visual designs that enhance user engagement and online conversions.
• Analyze and optimize visual content from an SEO and online marketplace perspective to improve search visibility and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure consistent branding across websites and digital channels.
• Utilize AI-powered design and digital marketing tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
• Support content creation for online marketplaces while maintaining high design standards.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• 5+ years’ experience
• College diploma in graphic arts, web graphic design, or relevant program
• Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, WordPress, and MS Office
• Ability to apply design principles reflecting instruction and guideline
• Excellent oral and written communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environment
