MenyaKouji Enterprises Inc. is looking for a full-time web designer

Position: Web Designer
Location of Work: 28-8980 Fraserwood Court, Burnaby, BC V5J 5H7
Working Criteria: Permanent, 32.5 hrs/week
Salary: $30.29 per hour
Vacation: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation
Position Available: 1
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize creative ideas
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, editing of web content, enforcing content standards
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the visual components of websites across different devices and browsers looks accurate and cohesive
- Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software
- Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices related to e-commerce website design, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Code, bug fix, and develop/migrate content as needed
- Execute visual communication and Collaborate with our graphic designer
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or graphic design OR completion or a college program in computer science, graphic arts, or Web design OR 5+ year of web design experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Web design
- Graphic Design experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, CSS, Figma, PHP and JavaScript
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently and meet tight deadlines
