Web Content Manager Job

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Web Content Manager for long term contract position. Work would be hybrid with onsite in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $30 - $32/hr.

Candidate will be implementing and enforcing web content accessibility guidelines across all web properties. Will serve as the subject matter expert on federal section 508 and WCAG compliance. Candidate will conduct audits using automated scanning tools and screen reader testing. Will convert legacy non-compliant PDFs into accessible, fully tagged, screen reader-friendly PDFs. Will also be responsible for writing plain language web copy that breaks down complex information into user friendly language.

Must be familiar with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Candidate must also have Drupal experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
