Remote Computer Support / Technical Assistant

We are a small team of full-stack developers and AI engineers working on software and AI projects. We are looking for a reliable person who can support our team with computer operations, remote assistance, and project-related tasks.

You do not need to be a professional developer. Our engineering team will handle the programming, development, and technical decisions. Your role is mainly to help us operate a computer and, when necessary, work with accounts or services required for a specific project.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities may include:

Operating a computer remotely according to instructions from our development team
Opening and using websites, applications, and project tools
Following clear step-by-step instructions
Entering information and performing routine computer operations
Checking whether requested tasks have been completed successfully
Reporting errors, verification requests, or unexpected messages
Communicating with our team during work sessions
Helping us test software, websites, or online services
Keeping track of basic task status and reporting the results to the team

We will provide clear instructions before each task. You will not be expected to make complex technical decisions.

Account & Service Access

Some of our projects may require access to an existing online account or service. Depending on the project, we may work through:

Your own account, if you already have an appropriate account and are comfortable using it for the project; or
An account belonging to a trusted friend or partner, provided that the account owner fully understands and explicitly agrees to its use.

We want to be completely transparent about this arrangement. We will never expect you to secretly use another person's account or access an account without the owner's permission.

Before using any account, we will explain:

What service or platform is involved
Why the account is needed
What activities will be performed
Who will have access
How long the account will be needed
What information or permissions are required
How the account will be protected

The account owner should remain informed and should be comfortable with the arrangement at all times.

We also respect the rules of each platform. If a service prohibits account sharing, third-party access, or a particular type of activity, we will not ask you to violate those rules. Where possible, we will use official delegation, team accounts, shared workspaces, or other permitted access methods instead.

Privacy & Security

We take account security seriously.

We will only request the minimum access necessary to perform a project task. Personal files, private messages, financial information, personal accounts, and unrelated data should not be accessed.

You should never send passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary chat unless a secure, approved process has been agreed upon.

If multi-factor authentication or another verification step is required, the account owner should complete it themselves where appropriate.

Any unusual security warning, account restriction, identity verification request, or other unexpected situation should be reported to our team rather than handled independently.

Preferred Location

We are primarily looking for people based in Eastern Europe or the Americas, because these regions work well with our team's communication and working hours.

Applicants from Eastern Europe, North America, Central America, or South America are welcome.

Your exact country is less important than having a reliable internet connection, suitable availability, and a compatible time zone.

Profit-Sharing Arrangement

This is intended as a project-based profit-sharing opportunity rather than a standard hourly position.

For projects that generate profit through our collaboration, the proposed distribution is:

You: 30%
Our development team: 70%

The exact definition of "profit" will be agreed upon before a project begins. We will also agree in advance on which project expenses, if any, are deducted before calculating the distributable profit.

For example, if a project generates revenue, we will first account for the agreed project-related expenses. The remaining amount considered profit under our agreement will then be divided according to the agreed percentage.

We want the arrangement to be clear from the beginning, so there are no misunderstandings about payment or responsibilities.

Working Arrangement

This is a remote, flexible position.

You will work directly with our full-stack developers and AI engineers. Most tasks can be completed remotely, and we will coordinate sessions according to everyone's availability.

Schedule: Flexible / Part-time
Experience: Entry-level to intermediate
Compensation: 30% project profit share according to the agreed terms

Important

This role requires a high level of trust and responsibility. We are looking for someone who communicates honestly, follows instructions carefully, respects privacy, and understands that any account or computer access must be authorized by its owner.

We are interested in building a long-term working relationship rather than simply completing one task.
