Warranty Administrator - Leith Lincoln Job

Leith Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for a Warranty Admin to join their team and the Holman Family!

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Document customer’s vehicle problems, open Warranty repair order.

• Check on the progress of parts/repairs

• Communicate with customer status of repair

• Work with operations floor to share these occurrences, get these issues resolved.

• Knows the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicles.

• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• 1-3 years of previous automotive service and/or troubleshooting experience.

• ASE certification preferred
