Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards for accuracy, safety, and productivity. This role involves coordinating team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring all warehouse operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized stock records using warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate staff schedules, delegate tasks, and provide training and performance feedback to team members.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to fulfill operational needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education or training in logistics or supply chain management is an asset.
• Minimum 7 months of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, including supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of warehouse equipment and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (forklift certification preferred).
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and logistics procedures.
• Experience in international trade, import/export logistics, or multilingual communication is a plus.
