Warehouse Supervisor (NOC 12013) Job

s a Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
• Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of clerks engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of vaping products.
• Supervise and coordinate clerks processing purchasing transactions, including order records, supplier documentation, and system updates.
• Coordinate scheduling of transportation routes and dispatching delivery crews to ensure on-time shipments.
• Monitor and maintain inventory control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational problems and implement corrective measures.
• Train warehouse clerks in job duties, work procedures, and safety standards.
• Requisition supplies, materials, and equipment to support warehouse operations.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, warehouse equipment, and arrange for maintenance or repair as needed.
• May conduct performance reviews of supervised workers.

Employment Requirements
• Completion of a college diploma or apprenticeship program, or equivalent experience in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or supervisory roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related supervisory occupation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
