Warehouse Supervisor Job

Galaxy Freightline Inc., located at 1580 Britannia Rd E, Mississauga, ON L4W 1J2, requires 1 Warehouse Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis.

Wage: $26 to $30 per hour
Hours: 37.50 hours per week
Education: College
Experience: Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of verifiable experience

Job duties:

. Overall supervision of the warehouse and ensuring smooth operations of the warehouse on a daily basis.
. Supervise packing, unpacking, and preparation of loads to be dispatched.
· Order warehouse supplies and maintain adequate stock.
. Supervise and ensure scheduled maintenance, general repairs, and optimum utilization of all warehouse equipment.
. Ensure timely and effective receiving and shipping activities.
. Resolve work-related issues.
. Supervision of warehouse staff and related matters such as hiring, training, submitting payroll information to the accountant’s department.
. Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
. Any other tasks relevant to effective and efficient supervision of the warehouse.
