Warehouse Supervisor Job

Train workers in duties and policies
Conduct performance reviews
Perform same duties as workers supervised
Maintain inventory of stored material
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve work methods
Requisition materials and supplies
Organize and co-ordinate production
Process purchases
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for
maintenance and repair work
Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods

Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2
years
or equivalent experience
Logistics, materials, and supply chain management
Business/commerce, general
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
