ABOUT VACANCY
At this time, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead daily warehouse operations
• Plan and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse, establish work schedules and procedures
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
• Manage inventory, ensure proper stock rotation, perform inventory counts, as required
• Requisition materials, parts, and supplies
• Resolve work-related issues and implement corrective measures
• Train warehouse workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure priorities and deadlines are met and communicated with the rest of the staff
QUALIFICATIONS
• Secondary school completion
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a warehouse environment
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proficiency in English
WORK CONDITIONS
• Permanent, full-time position
• $36.00 per hour
• 35 hours of work per week
• Occasional overtime may be required and will be compensated at the rate of 1.5 of regular pay ($54.00/ hour) after 44 hours of work per week
• Work location: 273B Bowes Road, Unit 5, Concord, ON L4K 1H8
