Warehouse Supervisor Job

Supervise and coordinate clerks handling shipping, receiving, storage, inventory, purchasing, production, dispatch, and scheduling.
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory policies, and contribute to their improvement.
Resolve issues and complaints, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
Train staff on job duties, procedures, and safety standards.
Requisition necessary supplies and materials.
Oversee operation and maintenance of systems, equipment, and machinery.
Conduct performance reviews of team members as needed.
Perform clerical and operational duties alongside the team when required.

Need to be able to lift 20-25kg (raw materials)
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Ability to do general mathematics
Familiar with Inventory ERP Systems.
Able to easily handle and operate equipment (Forklift, Pallet jack etc.)
Previous experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) setting and manufacturing equipment operations is an asset.
GMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training will be provided successful applicants
Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management or related is required.
Knowledge in industrial equipment is an asset
