Warehouse Operations Manager Job

Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop and implement efficient processes for inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to promote a productive work environment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.
Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records.
Address any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions in workflow.

Proven experience in warehouse management or operations within a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
Degree in Business Management/Commerce
3+ Years experience in related filed
