1-Identify customers’ needs.
2-Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
3-Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
4-Recommend products or services to customers.
5-Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
6-Deliver sales presentations.
7-Prepare and administer sales contracts.
8-Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
9-Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
10-Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
11-Plan and manage the facility's operations budg.
15-Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
16-Organize and maintain inventory.
