Job duties -
1-Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
2-Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
3-Deliver sales presentations.
4-Prepare and administer sales contracts.
5-Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
6-Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
7-Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
8-Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal.
9-Resolve product and service related problems.
10-Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
11-Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
12-Organize and maintain inventory.
